为进一步贯彻落实习近平总书记重要指示精神和党中央、国务院关于新冠肺炎疫情防控工作决策部署，坚决打赢疫情防控工作阻击战，认真执行教育部、北京市关于当前疫情防控工作的有关部署和要求，确保师生生命安全和身体健康，现就进一步加强新冠肺炎疫情防控期间学生管理工作通告如下：
一、 本通告适用于在北京化工大学接受普通高等学历教育的全体本科生和研究生，其他接受非学历教育的学生参照执行。
二、 全体学生应按照学校疫情防控的有关要求，每天主动如实上报个人疫情防控相关信息，包括但不限于身体情况、所在地区、出行情况、接触人员等内容，不得出现“迟报、漏报、谎报、不报”等情况。
三、 学生如出现发烧（体温超过（含）37.3℃）、咳嗽、乏力等症状，或被所在地疾控部门认定为密切接触人群、疑似患者、确诊患者时，应第一时间向学校报告。
四、 全体学生应按照所在地相关要求，认真采取防护措施并主动配合做好疫情防控工作。
五、 学校发布正式返校通知前，所有学生要严格执行“不离家、不返京、不返校”的要求；学校发布正式返校通知后，所有学生应按通知要求完成返校学习。
六、 目前在校学生须服从学校日常宿舍管理相关规定和体温监测、宿舍消毒等防疫相关管理规定；必须按要求佩戴口罩；未经批准，禁止离开校园；禁止购买外卖食品；禁止留宿非本宿舍人员。
七、 全体学生应自觉遵守在线教学纪律与规范，认真完成相关教学要求。
八、 全体学生应自觉做到“不造谣、不信谣、不传谣”，共同维护良好的网络秩序，积极传播网络正能量。
九、 对违反本通告者，适用《北京化工大学学生纪律处分规定》第二十三条“所在地区或者学校发生火灾、地震、疫情等紧急情况时，不服从政府或者学校依法发布的命令、决定、规定，且不听劝阻的，给予记过处分；情节严重的，给予留校察看处分；严重扰乱紧急状态下公共秩序的，给予开除学籍处分。”给予纪律处分。
此通告自发布之日起施行。

Notice on Student Management for COVID-19 Prevention and Control
COVID-19 Prevention and Control Office of Beijing University of Chemical Technology
In order to follow the instructions of the Ministry of Education and Beijing Municipal Government on the current epidemic prevention and control, and ensure the life safety and physical health of BUCT faculty and students, notice on student management has been made as follows:
This notice is applicable to all undergraduates and graduate students at Beijing University of Chemical Technology. Non-degree students are advised to follow the instructions as well.
All students shall actively and truthfully report personal information related to epidemic prevention and control, including but not limited to their physical condition, location, travel history, and contacts in accordance with the relevant requirements of school epidemic prevention and control. There should be no “late reporting, omission, false reporting, non-reporting, etc.”
Students must report to the university immediately if they have symptoms such as fever (body temperature exceeds 37.3 ℃), dry cough, or fatigue, or if they are identified by the local disease control and prevention sector as close contacts, suspected patients, or confirmed patients.
All students should take protective measures and actively cooperate with the local disease control and prevention sector.
Before a formal notice of returning to the university, all students must strictly follow the requirements of “not leaving home, not returning to Beijing, and not returning to the university”. When a formal notice of returning to the university is issued, all students shall act according to the notice.
Students who are now on campus must follow the university’s regulations on daily dormitory management and epidemic prevention such as body temperature monitoring and dormitory disinfection. Students must wear masks. Students are not allowed to leave the campus without approval, buy takeaway food or accommodate guests in BUCT dormitories.
All students shall act according to online teaching disciplines and requirements, and carefully complete learning activities.
All students shall "not start rumors, believe rumors, or spread rumors", jointly contribute to the maintenance of the good order and positive values on the internet .
If student fails to follow the requirements of this notice, Article 23 of the Provisions on Disciplinary Actions of Beijing University of Chemical Technology applies, which says, under the circumstances of emergencies such as fire, earthquake, epidemic and the like, those who do not follow orders, decisions or regulations issued by the government or the university according to the law, and do not listen to dissuasion, a demerit record shall be implemented, a college probation in serious cases. Those who seriously disturb the public order under the state of emergency shall be expelled from the university.
This notice comes into effect on the date of its announcement.
